The annual Cancer Bridges Thanksgiving dinner
Every November, members of the club happily volunteer their time to cook and serve a Thanksgiving meal to the folks at Cancer Bridges. Cancer Bridges is a local organization that supports those impacted by cancer through a variety of free programs and services. The meal features turkey, mashed potatoes, veggies, and the fan-favorite stuffing balls. It is always a wonderful evening that is very much enjoyed and appreciated by all who attend.
This year the dinner is being held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. Volunteers are needed to donate food items, set up, cook, serve and clean up. Contact Ally for details on how to participate. Come on out and join us for truly a "feel good " evening!!

Thanksgiving at Our Clubhouse November 13, 2019
Salvation Army Adopt a Family
Every year at Christmastime, our club adopts one or two local families and gives them the holiday they deserve. Through donations collected throughout the year from club members, we are able to purchase gifts for all members of the families, wrap them and deliver them in time for Christmas. These families are going through hard times and we are so happy to help brighten their holidays and make their Christmas just a bit merrier.

Donating to the Women's Shelter of Pittsburgh
At our monthly meeting, club members bring items that are needed at the local Women's Shelter. These items include personal hygiene items and toiletries, towels and washcloths, household items and baby supplies. One of our club members regularly delivers everything collected to the facility. Donations are always accepted. Thank you in advance.
TOYS FOR TOTS
Club members donate money and/or toys around the holiday to support the Toys for Tots campaign.
