Bar Crawl Wrap–Up - Uncle Bill reported on the MS Bar Crawl on Saturday, May 1 that raised $1,576 for MS.
Allison Sleasman won the "marathon" and received free dues for next year.
Buffett Concert – August 12
Ticket money is now being accepted.
1. All ticket requests have been received, recorded and reserved.
2. All members / clubs who have reserved tickets have been notified by email/telephone.
3. You are financially responsible for those tickets requested. This is to avoid the Steel City Fins PH Club being financially responsible for tickets that were requested and not purchased.
4. We will not know the location of the club seats until they are issued to us. They will be Pavilion seats.
5. Ticket money will be collected in the month of May and June - due no later July 1, 2010. Ticket price is $136 each. Please make check(s) payable to PPHC and mail to: Don Fereday, 802 Hulton Road , Verona , PA 15147. You may pay for your tickets at the May and June meeting.
6. As soon as tickets are available Missy will go to Starlake, pick up the tickets, assign tickets / seating and send you your ticket package. Our club has requested 230 tickets.
NOTE: Tickets purchased thru the club cannot be sold for profit! Anyone caught doing this not only puts their club in jeopardy but also puts the club in jeopardy of losing the right to receive tickets in the future.
Please see Missy or Mary for the Ticket Request Spreadsheet to be reminded of how many tickets you reserved.
Barb Cook will take orders for VIP parking passes.
We have 40 on hold. You are financially responsible for those VIP parking passes requested. This is to avoid the Steel City Fins PH Club being financially responsible for passes that were requested and not purchased.
VIP Parking Pass money will be collected in the month of May and June - due no later July 1, 2010. Ticket price is $25. Please make check(s) payable to PPHC and give to Barb Cook. You may pay for your passes at the May and June meetings (or until all 40 passes have been reserved and paid for)
The VIP parking passes will be picked up with the tickets and available at the same time to members.
Car Caravan to the concert – Barb Cook will provide information on those who wish to caravan into the lot.
Pre-Concert Parties and Busses – Mary Cortazzo.
Parking Lot Meet & Greet – Barb Cook is in charge of the "meet and greet" this year with some of the band members.
The Ramada Hotel and Conference Center will host John McDonald's pre-concert party on August 11. Room still available.
The Holiday Inn Express will host Tom Watt's pre-concert party.

Committee Reports:
Membership Report: Anita Bocan has removed 15 members who did not pay their dues for the first quarter. Second quarter dues are now due and lanyards will be given to those who pay their dues.
Treasurer Report: Sam Crossman had a printing of our financials.
Volunteer Report - Kelly Murphy
Kelly Murphy explained that our donations each month will be counted as hours or portions of ours of volunteering so we get back into the spirit of volunteerism. We will be given credit of 15 minutes for each donation. For volunteer events, we will record the actual number of hours volunteered for the workers , and the person who coordinated the event will receive twice that number. From our June meeting on the Gene's dinner raffle will be won by the person who donated the most hours the previous month.

North Coast Club has arranged for a group rate outing for the July 17 Scrapper's "Jimmy Buffett Night" ball game in Niles. The $20.00 cost includes box seat tickets, picnic dinner (served 90 minutes prior to game with hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, potatoe salad, baked beans, chips and soft drinks) a limited edition Scrappers hat, and "Fins to the Left" concert following the ball game.
There is a Days Inn near the stadium for $65 per night. Game ticket payment for the entire block will have to be sent in 3-4 weeks prior to the actual game. I think we will pull 40 to 50 ourselves and I have already asked the Y-Town, Akron/Canton and Presque Isle clubs to join us. Presque Isle has already said that they think they'll pull some members for this outing.
